Philosophy or Political Science major for someone who is unsure about grad or law school?

i'm undergrad @ rutgers unsure should far long term plans go. want either go grad school international relations or law school international law. now, can't seem double major in political science , philosophy , graduate in 4 years, i'm not sure major in , minor in. philosophy program markedly better (i plan on getting pretty great school-i have grades), i'm worried constrain me grad schools poly sci. should do? love both subjects!
