Are NISSAN SKYLINE GTR R34 allowed in the united states?

here go again. question has been asked countless times...i'll copy , paste last time answered this.

bottom line: skyline cannot made federally legal in u.s.a. 1996-1998 r33 chassis (the years when chassis had dual airbags) car on nhtsa list of non-conforming cars eligible importation.

but, due rb26dett engine not having egr system, nor obd ii (required in cars manufactured after 1995), can not car past epa part of inspection.

fact: there no such thing state legal car. federal regulations override state regulations no matter way @ it. because car has state title not mean car federally legal.

fact: there no such thing importing skyline "track only" car because doesn't fit criteria.

not mention if r32/r34 imported, it's been illegally imported because importation forms have state car importing conforms u.s. safety , smog regulations. since skyline doesn't, car has not been legally imported.

motorex cars completed customers before shut-down skylines 100% federally legal in u.s.a. if says have motorex car sale, ask see documentation should have accompanied car, including epa exemption forms, dot inspection forms, etc.

if have gt-r/25gt-t motor set, why not swap car 240sx , done it? easier , cheaper.

or kind of nissan skylines allowed in u.s?
