1994 subaru impreza won't start!! PLEASE HELP!!!!?

have 1994 subaru impreza. has 150,000 miles on , has been working fine until yesterday. husband went start , won't start. sounds can't last little bit of kick started. neither of know diddly cars , don't know do. tried checking fuses...but have no idea looking at. help!!! fixable? (my car worth 800 bucks it's not worth fixing if huge problem.) in advance!!! :)
