What drives you absolutely mad BATTY about your commute?

mine 4 miles shorter - big deal, right! live outside of san antonio on far northeast side, known i-35 corridor, , have travel outer loop (1604) far northwest side university teach. before going further, school has ended , except 3 days of finals, i’m off 5 weeks , don’t have put while!! (sorry, didn’t mean make feel bad!)


start with, texas drivers 1. among world’s rudest , 2. among world’s stupid. @ least that’s case around san antonio. 1 thing, these people don’t know meaning of word "yield." if car coming off freeway, think means "speed , see how close can come hitting guy , giving him heart attack." said, stupid.

depending upon hour time before 10 , time after 4 pm, take me 45 minutes hour make 20-minute trip (yes, tend fly low if can). , if there’s been wreck - or changing tire - rubberneck city , can count on slowing down crawl. that’s why if have class around 9 or 9:30 - have allow myself @ least 2 hours there.

wait, there’s more: sound have worse me, inner loop has been under construction since forever , way @ least 20 years slower makes me little prayer of every morning don’t have go way! 5 miles hour on during rush hour fast!!

, still more great san antonio drivers - speed limit on outer loop 70 , if can @ least that, if not 20-30 mph more depending on traffic. this, of course, necessitates getting "fast" lane. , unless there’s idiot on there going 45 while he’s text messaging or talking on phone , swerving on place. or, guy pushing 110 years of age. so, , fortunately doesn’t happen often, if i’m cruising along @ 85 or , people in right hand , middle lanes doing same, every once in while, toothless "good old boy" in pickup gun rack in zoom behind me , flash lights - i’m supposed pull on , let him - where? 19-wheeler next me? hope don’t have fools in california.

think may envy extent - @ least didn’t mention rude, idiotic drivers - slow ones!! but, i’m - job like, looks grin , bear it. oh, , next semester, got stuck 1 of morning classes, staying late @ night - gotta fight idiots! if consolation, have company in misery!!

i'm in los angeles. commute (very job) 26 miles. go gym in evening "avoid" rush hour traffic. 7pm, freeways bumper bumper , going 5 miles hour!!!!!
