What binoculars would be best for theatre or concerts?

binoculars rated magnification , objective lens. it's 10x50 first number magnification, in case 10 times larger. second number objective lens, in case 50 mm . larger objective lens more light binoculars pick , picture clearer , brighter. binoculars advertise wide field of vision, these sports, want close up, not miss surrounding action.
models have variable zoom feature, it's usefull when can't find subject , want see wide view , zoom main subject.
theatre use, want consider size of binoculars.
also, since expensive, may want think if want use binoculars other theatre.
