Should I buy a used 2000 Toyota Celica for $7700?

i'm looking purchase used car. money's not problem, frugal. there car adored when saw on lot. offer free financing , pretty fair monthly payments, carfax report... has 156k mi on it, , charging $7700. i've been car shopping while , car... if make offer, i'll offer lower amount, since blue book price cheaper few hundred bucks. live in , make toyota, , it's 10 years old. foolish buy? what're pros , cons?
