should return tattoo shop got tattoo , speak staff there. trained professionals , can take @ tattoo , explain complication may occurring. not use neo! no ointment @ all! not wash tattoo warm soapy water @ point , go artist or shop. there many reasons cause same reaction. please see tattooer a.s.a.p. have been tattooing 17 years , know talking about, promise.

got tattoo 2 weeks ago , parts of still swollen , looks it's going scarred. around tattoo skin dark, harder , raised. going stay that???
