planning buy property in india. in usa. looking buy house worth rs.30,00,000 ready make rs.15,00,000 down payment. looking @ icici website calculator says if take 10years tenure rs.15,00,000 loan 9% rate rs. 13,496 emi. questions are:

1. rs. 13,496 emi or include principal too?
2. should include principal in monthly payment? can afford pay $30,000 per month towards loan?
3. stay in usa don't have advantage of tax reduction in india. how pre-payment advantage me?
