Do I have to claim money made on Ebay as income on my tax return?

cra says, "if use internet sell personal items, such used furniture or sporting equipment, not have report on tax return. however, if regularly use internet or electronic boards make profit, must report earnings on tax return." said, sounds sold personal items without intention of making profit on regular basis. if that's case, i'd wouldn't have report income on tax return.

i live in canada , made somewhere between $800 , $1000 in 2009 selling of personal possessions on ebay. not selling business, getting rid of of stuff don't use anymore.
need claim income on canadian tax return?
