2005 Mazda Mazda3 or 2009 Nissan Versa S Hatchback?

looking buy new car , have narrowed down specific cars. want opinions on think! both around same price otd , have clean title. college student, working part time, won't able afford more extravagant have listed below.

1. mazda mazda 3 sedan
color: blue
year: 2005
miles: 60k
interior: black leather (no seat heaters)
touring edition 2.3 engine, larger rims, pretty new tires, 6 disc in dash cd player, fog lights, leather wrapped steering wheel.
love inside of car, larger engine (i drive quite few huge hills every day on commute) not huge fan of driving bright blue car color growing on me, , seems every girl drives mazda 3, don't want girl in mazda. worried age of car.

2. nissan versa s hatchback
color: white
year: 2009
miles: 20k
interior: beige microfiber
pretty base model exception of 1.8 engine , cd player. tires hubcaps, no center console/armrest. love way car looks on outside, it's different , unusual , cute! newer car , has factory warranty on it. 1 thing change it's lacking storage space. buy new rims , tint windows.

thoughts? year making me hesitant on mazda, , lack of storage making me hesitant on versa.
