Multi-Monitor Help Needed?

have tv , monitor set 2 monitors on pc, , can play full screen youtube video on tv, when click on monitor else can multitask, video on tv goes out of full screen. have nvidia geforce 7950 gt 24" gateway or other, , 48" samsung dlp hdtv...anyone know how can keep video playing full screen while being able surf internet or have going out of full screen?
