Why is there english writing on foreign fighter aircraft?

there is. korean flag has korean writing on it. , in response responder... f-15k built koreans. "k". received contract build own aircraft based upon f-15 eagle design mcdonnell douglas. build own tanks, m-16/m-4s, again under contract agreement us.

however, in answer question, english recognized language of international air transport association (iata) , such many years has been agreed aircraft include english markings, aircrew use english in radio transmissions , charts marked in english.

i saw s korean f-15k rokaf on it. why isn't there in korean on aircraft? see other things similar different countries. know why is?
