What should I use as a name for my photography business?

i'm photography student , putting website need decide on name soon..
i've unofficially used 'ragdoll photography' in past year after taking name , building business (i'm not saying name stolen me, although i'm not sure wasn't). there legal reasons why can't use name now?
if not, should still use it? cause problems?
if can't use name, got suggestions of names can use. it'll children's potrait photography it'll based around maybe bit of free lance..i loved name ragdoll photography because when 3 sister called me raggedyanne , been nickname ever since.
considering aisling ni riada photography, name irish , may want work in other countries @ point, don't want name difficult people pronounce....
