Need some advise on acting training?

i'm 19 , live in uk. did first diploma in performing arts @ school when 15, went on levels. did as, dropped out because fed doing more writing acting, , wasn't sure me. took year off , have decided have acting career, haven't done acting in while because didn't think wanted do. thinking taking higher national diploma @ college since i've not acted in while worried difficult, wasn't sure whether should start scratch again , first diploma again. or take course @ local theatre(a course beginners or people getting acting) try higher diploma. wont learn how act, don't want more writing acting. give me on should go here?
wondered whether should college , uni, take courses , workshops @ local theatre, , local plays, experience rather grades? experience know use, , good.
, why writing involved level drama? it's acting not writing, if i'd wanted write 'd have taken english. explain me.
