Mazda B4000 4x4 vibration?

mazda b4000 4x4 p/u has vibration seems come under driver's seat. notice @ highway speed, though vibrates extent @ speeds. . @ 65 mph, it's tolerable, @ seventy + shakes whole truck. if vibrating , let off gas, vibration quits immediately, can't wheels or tires.

told 4x4 ford rangers (same mazda) notorious problems front drive shaft. spinning though 4 wheel drive not engaged.

have oil leak coming engine, think. had heads replaced in 2008. oil leak covering underbody, making hard see if transfer case leaking. i've tried shaking both drive shafts, , don't budge. tranny oil black, hasn't lost in 2 weeks (since filled 'low' mark.) ideas?

driveshaft problem? transfer case problem? how should cost fix? truck has on 200,000 miles on it.
