Art Students please answer elementary art problem.?

child in 2nd grade , art teacher has had them doing self portraits 5 weeks, 1 pencil, 1 basic construction paper, 1- 24 pack crayons,1- 8 pack. markers.

problem child light blonde haired, , art teacher told not have yellow hair , can not use yellow, crayon, maker or construction paper.

under stand not yellow, when have 8 colors work , 7, think thats odd. projects using brown make hair.

correct?
