What is the best way to advertise my blog about disabilities? I want like-minded readers, not just anyone!?

need enter meta data via dashboard. if have, haven't put in enough information. there aren't many productive ways advertise blogs - if read word out. disability community tight - cross promote each other lot. of blog have disabilities have blog rolls , of belong blogging communities.

what free ways advertise blog without being obnoxious? through wordpress , when type title google doesnt show up!
