Need input??? Subaru Legacy Wagon went through certain puddles tonight?

went through puddles (maybe around 5 inches) on 96' subaru legacy (it inevitable parking lot)...it seemed through fine , tried drive slow in puddles. did notice brakes got little weaker after went through puddle i'm hoping that's due dampening , friction loss.

came parking lot successfully.

heard if car running fine there potential problems in aftermath...help, i'm concerned this, can give me detailed list of needs done or checked @ point in case car doesn't start tomorrow morning? i'm hoping starts , have faith in subaru manufacturing line...

subaru has 161k miles on , has been maintained since past years. striving car enthusiast , why guess worried car, input experts out there helpful...please , thank you.
