pay tax, where? if buy in canada export, not have pay tax on item, there bureaucracy involved legally avoid taxes in canada. china has lot of import taxes, , may have pay using import license, depends is. items under value, us$100 equivalent, can imported tax free in china, again depends on what. items may have export duties on them, or prohibited export. items may prohibited import in china. ask customs in canada, administrating taxes when comes export, or @ least can answer question go.
