How to save money (more than 1 lakh) in bank without pan number?

need know residential status in india per income tax act, considering non resident , income accrued & received outside india, shall not taxed on remittance. further if have account, , sending money through proper banking channels, pan no. may not required. can invest in various mutual funds, need have pan no. can make investments in joint name family members, have pan no.

i in abroad. want send money india save in bank, not have pan number. have pay tax in india also? other options?
