How do i search for titles for a boat in arkansas?

of current state law in arkansas, boats/pwc's not have titles. have ownership through boat registration.

however, if pontoon purchased in different state arkansas, boat , trailer have title.

however, trailers registered in arkansas have titles.

current owner's fault not demanding trailer title , boat registration signed on him before paying it.

unfortunately, should avoid advertisement all-together. owner without legitimate ownership paperwork of boat registration (arkansas) , trailer title not worth headache buying from.


shop around little bit more , more patient, if willing pay reasonable price average quality condition, should find suits needs proper paperwork.

keep in mind if wish skiing, kneeboarding, serious tubing, or wakeboarding in future, should not pick pontoon boat. pontoons 1 thing well, ferry people around , that's it.

1990's deck boat 90hp or more engine in condition passenger capacity of 8 fit requirements well. not mention can tow people it.

this guy has pontoon boat,trailer , motor buy said lady bought not give him titles, he's selling or parting off cash or trade. how find out this, sure don't want buy that's stolen!
