scanner device attaches computer put peice of paper in , shoots bright light @ paper , analizes light, (takes picture) either prints copy of paper put in or sends file computer can tweak image add cut change color ect.
in 1 scanners copy machines printers , scanners, of wich can hook digital camara , print straight scanner

what scanner?
