Need help with an interview question; Why would you be successful working from your home office (telecommuting?

work in typical office type job. have interview similar company doing same job telecommuting home. though technology allow me work @ home, current company has outlawed telecommuting. fear employees use time take care of kids , slack off. believe time , expense of commuting work everyday plus flexibility “around” family better raise. however, don’t think appropriate answer question, if fear same current employer. else had answer question?
