had tenants in house, while living sister, did take out building insurance, , last week house got burned ashes, has no roof neither, phoned insurance company halifax,to shock declined insurance,as didn't have landlord insurance, said. when took out policy did them wanted landlord building insurance, woman @ branch assured me, how ever when looked @ paper say, have building , contents insurance,i never asked that, wanted simple landlords insurance, have £40 thousand pounds worth of damage , stressed don't do, can please give me advice appreciate much,
