Does anyone know what passenger aircraft has a third engine which extends from the fuselage toward the front?

garrett , ge have aircraft used test engines, test engine mounted on pylon that. perhaps saw.

it's jet engine , extends left side (as face it) , toward front of aircraft. looks weird front. not large plane, maybe commuter size. couldn't tell airline or private company.
