Do I have to sing and dance to act in theatre?

wondering if have sing , dance act in theatre? okay want actress when older because acting of course. don't have musical theatre voice lea michelle. can sing. @ least friends , mom said so. think have more of r&b/pop voice. never took singing,dancing or acting classes. take acting classes in october. want actress tv/film harder theatre , kind of scared move california because of wild fires , earthquakes.plus far family. thinking staying in new york. dont think im not best singer or dancer. actress. oh , yes know theatre hard going occupational therapist in case not work out. plus few movies , shows filmed in new york. audition too. anyways wondering, theatres in new york involves acting no singing , dancing?
