How to make skin paler?

have olive/tan skin color (i'm 50% filipino, 50% white) , i'm obsessed pale skin , dark hair trend. there lotions or products lighten skin? wear sunblock every day, , not want go through skin bleaching procedures...

please don't tell me should happy skin tone, i'm glad i'm tan person, i'd pale myself out bit. :) please , thank you!
