has 3 "potentially negative; closed" accounts $0 balance - , figure out how removed, no longer affects score.
there 4 "potentially negative; closed" accounts have balances. try writing letter i've heard before paying money.
1 of above accounts arrow financial services, have read sort of scam, , wondering if there different way should deal one.
also, 3 of accounts ows money on 2003 , 2004, isn't there sort of statue of limitations? should maybe ride of them out , see happens?
