standard motor 73 lemans 350 2 barrel v8
option motors 350 4bl, 400 2bl, 400 4bl, 455 2bl pontiac engines.

without transmission time decide best path travel, price wise.

cheapest road 350 sbchevy auto transmission, have change locations of motor mounts , need crossmember transmission out of malibu, cutlass, chevelle, skylark or 73 74 75 body had chevy engine , trans. need have driveshaft made , balanced. make fan shroud radiator. can find cheap pickup near pull motor , trans out of swap sell rolling pickup.

might cost little more fun putting pontiac 400 428 455 in it. need matching transmission because pontiac olds , buick have different bell housing chevy block. , remember driveshaft have balanced. mounts still there ?

if go pontiac mid 1966 67 68 69 70 71 72 73 74 75 76 blocks mount in car industrial pontiac pump motors every pontiac car except "f" body's 68 72 don't have mounting bolt holes.

when find project yours completed car pull out of , sell rest.

example: last 72 t-37 decided take on pulled running 350 2bl out , waiting til found 67 bonneville w/ 400 4bl. pulled 400 , installed 350 in it. sold bonneville profit. built 400 ram air iii specs , installed in t37 3 speed manual , when got done sold @ 1st car show drag race weekend tripple had in it.

make sure whats easy work on , parts can come with. , go route.
