I bought a boat that is junk?

bought used boat local dealer in wisconsin, have had nothing problems since bought it, 2 starters, flywheel, head gasket. has cracked water jacket ( same cracked block) means motor junk now. have rights make them fix free or give me money back? i've owned boat 2 weeks.
