How to submit proofs for Pan card if we apply online?

hi friend

casubmittt following document alongwith nsdl counter or courier in case when apply online .

a. individual applicants have affix 1 recent, coloured photograph (stamp size: 3.5 cms x 2.5 cms) on form 49a;

b. 1 document listed in rule 114 must supplied proof of 'identity' , 'address'; ,

c. designation , code of concerned assessing officer of income tax department have mentioned in form 49a.
copy of school leaving certificate or matriculation certificate or degree of recognized educational institution or depository account or credit card or bank account or water bill or ration card or property tax assessment order or passport or voter identity card or driving license or certificate of identity signed mp or mla or municipal councilor or gazetted officer;

in case pan applicant minor, of above documents of of parents or guardian of such minor shall serve proof of identity;

in case pan application made on behalf of huf, of above documents in respect of karta of huf serve proof of identity.
