How to get rid of skin tags at home?

i've tried cotton/string wrapped around , tied, skin tags very small , makes hard loop around them.

there method use? attempted before take online advice on freezing them , cutting them off (as site said there no nerve endings, wont feel pain), website lied, , hurt, no chopping off methods please.
