husband , have decided buy new regal 2010 1900 bowrider. local marina dealer listing @ $28,995.00. comes premier package (gel coat , upgrades). price this? should negotiate? first time have ever bought boat wanted know if should negotiate marina dealer.
have been looking @ boats months , have decided on one. boat? have read lot of things on jd power personal opinions.
