2003 Toyota Camry, V6 and just under 50K mi. Transmission Noise?

i've got 2003 toyota camry, v6 , under 50k mi. car rebuilt, though i've driven 15k plus miles no real problems. i've started hear noise sounds transmission problem last time had drive observe- couldn't recreate sound. since noise has been more frequent.

below observations:

1. start car- leave in park - no noise
2. drive more 10 min- noise noticeable @ lower speeds (under 15 mph)
3. drive 10 min - put in park - noise
4. drive 10 min - brake stop car in drive - noise (often)
5. if put car in neutral while doing observation 4 or whenever there noise/vibration noise/vibration stops
6. noise/vibrations begin once car goes gear other neutral

noise appears coming right (i'm in drivers, that's sounds it's coming from) appreciated!
