Whats wrong with my monitor?

ok computer seems 2 working fine because can hear turn on , windows sound aswlel wrong monitor, when turn on pc on monitor screen says this:

out of range

h,frequancy 6 5 khz
v, frequancy 6 0 hz

, cant because cant see nothing on screen
