Is the Subaru Forester a good SUV? What are its main competitors?

there not better street snow , ice car made on planet subaru. put big, heavy suvs shame. however, wooley noted, these not real off-road cars (no low range transmission); fine on rutted dirt roads knobby tires climbing rock fall won't fit.

since forester not race car, comparing 0 60 times ... unimportant. sorry, murcie. car has plenty of punch town , highway use.

subarus rather pudgy little guys -- weigh lot, helps make them safe cars in accident. nothing wrong unless, again, want go racing. subarus virtually bullet proff, , great thing be!

if need more room forester can provide, buy outback. there more enough 'boot' behind rear seat in it. subarus great "bang buck" cars too.

i think it's looking car , not flashy. seems buy cold weather. know?
