How come my Canon BJC-80 printer will not work correctly with Windows XP?

-

printer old drivers run in xp never written.

means if stumble across driver work functions, not run of them.

options see either ask cannon if there driver run printer, intended different printer - or purchase newer printer.

i have canon bjc-80 printer , windows xp operating system. printer starts printing 2 inches of paper , stops. there way printer print correctly on windows xp?
