How can a 16 year old girl get on broadway?

-

need agent auditions on broadway. agents cost money.
start local (community theater groups doing in area?) , knew people in business.
once know them may change mind...
isn't pretty looks audience.
can major in theater in college- there many fine acting programs out thee. ask school drama teacher advise on this. there high school of performing arts in new york. google them , info auditions , programs. way into"the business." know- business, not movie. , not fairy tale.

my passion stage , cant imagine life without performing. day want on broadway now!! dont know how place! ideas on how find ways or auditions teenager can go to?
