brief history of san manuel tarlac
when prosperous barrio of san jose separated town of moncada proclaimed sister municipality in 1909, inhabitants jubilant , graceful. renamed "san manuel" in honor of benefactor, late don manuel de leon, lost no time in sponsoring creation.
