Ground up rebuild, 1986 Nissan 300zx?

i'm rebuilding nissan 300zx , wanted know if there should weary of? plan on souping scca races in future, it'll daily driver. it's stock engine , i'm looking rebuild kit (recomendations?) , want make twin turbo. (can use same motor?) there can prep future horsepower or should save money until have enough serious? also, think car has been sitting little on decade. there should replace automatically? lastly, there should check replace before full assembly? any/all appreciated.
