there no such thing (and safe) skin whitening cream. best bet apply high spf sunscreen religiously , wait few months. if want check out other products, go shiseido counter , ask. cheap skin-whitening products contain large amounts of cortisone ingredients can penetrate skin more easily. skin-lightening ingredients can cause health problems , cortisone can thin skin point light touches can cause severe bruising. if want long-term healthy results, thing can apply sunscreen. apart that, skin color genetically programmed you. embrace it.
