At 35000 ft inside the aircraft lay's gas filled pack bulged like a balloon,is it due to low cabin?

commercial passenger aircraft pressurized 8,000 feet regardless of flying altitude. congratulate lay's seal on bag; not nitrogen. bulge caused lower air pressure in cabin when engines running. rj

gas filled lay's potato wafer pack bulged balloon @ 35000ft altitude inside aircraft ,is due cabin low pressure,or low gravity,whre aircraft touched down came normal size before opening doors. thing gas inside pack nitrogen.
