of them dont take out insurance on employees in first place , if healthcare bill gets passed may forced too?

working small business myself , employer doesnt have insurance employees although law states supposed to. why republicans every little thing in power save buck , nickle , dime rest of death? example @ cable or satellite bill, hell franchise fee anyway?
