What is bad domain in seo?

little information , not enough answers previous poster.
in simple terms "bad domain" in seo refers website in violation of search engine standard guidelines. can spam tactics, use of cloaking, keyword stuffing, malicious scripts, malware viruses, buying links, etc... can refer considered "bad neighborhood" website. website associated sale of illegal drugs, substances, weapons, pharmaceuticals viagra or steroids. adult oriented websites such playboy, penthouse , porn site on net.

wouldn't want mother know website shouldn't associated it. search engines know cant control links site wont punished unless majority of inbound links come bad domains, if link out lot run greater risk of being grouped bad neighborhood , being punished.
