read guy putting 3.8 v6 in glider tug. said ford water cooled v6 perfect solution, initial cost vs rebuilding aircraft engine better, cooling better, air cooled engine needs gradually cooled after wot glider altitude, v6 doesn't, land , pick glider, rebuild costs cheaper, better fuel mileage. plane pawnee 540.
