Deskjet 3940 Model Printer Offline problem?

maybe you're printing in wrong printer name, when plugged usb cable of printer computer (lets usb port 1) you'll see hp deskjet 3900 series, if happen plug usb cable on port of computer (lets usb2) windows creates name printer "hp deskjet 3900 series copy 1"

deskjet 3940 model printer offline problem. showing ready given print. when gave print turn off offline. again not come online. showing in details status : offline wats problem. service.msc printer pool option not working.
