1999 nissan maxima rough idle?

3 weeks ago purchased 1999 nissan maxiam gxe (61k) dearship (sold is). while test driving car car began have rough idle hardly noticable, figured due car being low on gas. today took car mechanic run diagnotics test , mechanic suggested tune , had fuel injuector system cleaned. 20 minutes after leaving mechanic check engine light illuminated , car still has rough idle , slow acceleration. cause of problem?

if you've experienced similar nissan maxima please help. can't afford spend $$$ on repairs.
