Is 126 thousand miles decent for a used Toyota Corolla?

i'm in desperate need buy car in near future, , saw used 1996 toyota corolla 2800. i'm on tight budget, i'm considering it, wondering if car knowledge tell me whether choice. know there other factors consider (how car maintained, if had oil changes, rust, etc.), know little cars otherwise. plus, need take account driving on 200 miles week when new semester of school starts, commute hour away. opinions welcome. thank you!
