Internet slower than advertised?

isp telus , have highspeed turbo when check internet speed 6.0 mbps when advertised 10.0 - 15.0 mbps. use have normal highspeed advertised speeds of 1.5 - 6.0 mbps got around 1.2mbps, upgraded turbo since slow. wondering if theres anuthin can bring speed advertised speed.
