I bought a lemon boat.?

traded atv , trailer boat , trailer. guy told me boat had been winterized , taken out previous summer. 2 days ago, today drove boat down lake , both of tires blew out on way, damaging trailer. when made lake boat oil had water in , several other problems, wouldn't run safely. obvious boat had not been winterized , when contacted seller told me had been 2 or 3 years ago had taken out. told me wouldn't give me stuff , had sold (not sure if being honest) did sign bill of sale saying selling boat "as is", assume can nothing reimbursed or stuff back. right? lemon law doesn't cover used vessels.
